Strategy Internship

The role

We are now accepting applications for our remote, 10 week, paid internship program across many of our departments.

Our Strategy team is the backbone of our work fuels our creative with insight, inspiration and innovation. We love data, finding the big so what and championing our creative team through insight across campaign, brand and product work. We look for diverse and unique backgrounds to constantly apply fresh thinking and new ideas to the age-old and unique challenges we are tasked to solve every day.

What you’ll do

  • Conduct targeted competitive, market, and business research, and distill relevant information into a strategic takeaway
  • Work with our Strategy, Data, Analytics, Research, and Testing teams to analyze consumer trends
  • Help identify insights that will inform the overall strategy and creative output
  • Have your finger on the pulse of innovation, campaign creativity and new technology
  • Support stakeholder interviews, workshops, and brainstorms
  • Collaborate across disciplines to help develop product requirements and goals


  • You can be entering your senior year of undergraduate studies, a recent graduate, master's student, career changer, or reentering the workforce after taking some time off
  • You must be currently based in the U.S.

  • Tell us if you are available for 40 hours per week. If not 40 hours, what is your availability?

The hourly rates for our internship positions are between $20 - $26 per hour based on role, skill set, education level, and experience.
