The People Operations team is seeing a part time Studio Manager to maintain our office. Potential candidates must be self-starters with excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to follow instructions and execute on a wide variety of tasks with impeccable follow-through and attention to detail. Our ideal candidate thrives by being the pulse of the organization -- anticipating what the office and employees need before we even realize we need it!
This position offers a great amount of exposure to a creative agency, as well as the opportunity to be part of a welcoming and friendly work environment.
Primary responsibilities are general office management, coordination, and organization.
Duties include (but are not limited to) answering telephones, greeting guests, maintaining calendars, making travel arrangements, ordering meals, managing expenses, maintaining office and kitchen supplies. As part of the People Operations team, this role will also play a part in facilitating our new hire process, new equipment set up and equipment maintenance and special projects around the office. IT experience a plus, but not a necessity, though a solution oriented disposition is appreciated. We want the Studio Manager to be comfortable with tight turnarounds and juggling priorities while maintaining a professional, friendly, courteous demeanor.
