The role

Kettle is a team of passionate, fearless creatives focused on delivering great products, redefining best-practices, and providing new opportunities for our clients.

We are looking for a Senior Copywriter across a range of digital projects to push the work in new directions and help define our clients’ and our internal brand voice. In this role, you’ll partner with our Creative and Strategy teams to write long- and short-form content, from social posts to website copy, to scripts and pitch decks, across a range of clients and industries. Candidates should have: 

  • At least 5+ years of copy experience, including time at a digital agency
  • Campaign ideation and execution, across multiple touch points
  • Product and long form copy experience, writing for websites, corporate communications, etc. 
  • Ownership skills to help lead copy-driven work and write up a group’s ideas
  • Ability to shift voice and tone to write for a broad range of clients and brands
  • An optimistic and collaborative attitude; genuinely cares about doing great work and working with great people
  • Comfort in fluently/logically presenting remotely and in person if needed

We’d like to know that you can write:

  • Long Form: Apply journalistic sensibilities to pull the lead and thread a narrative, from articles to manifestos
  • Conceptual Campaign Copy: Can brainstorm in creative groups (not just with one visual partner) and generate creative ideas and campaigns that are on-strategy and answer briefs; Nuance a campaign message across multiple platforms and contexts
  • Scripts: Compose vivid treatments and scripts that tell stories through both voice over and supers
  • Naming: Brainstorm to produce names and rationale that exhibit strategic, linguistic creativity
  • Presentation and Pitch Decks: Effectively explain conceptual ideas and develop an argument with impactful cadence
  • Wayfinding: Your work could live in experiential environments, where leading the way, in unique contexts, is key


The target range of base compensation for this role is $110,000- 140,000 Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
