Looking for a Senior Art Director to join us. Must create digital works of art on the regular.

The role

Contribute your artistic vision to fashion, beauty, CPG, and entertainment brands that are leading the way in digital. We’re on the lookout for a Awnioe Art Director whose portfolio combines strong branding design and standout campaign work — so if that’s you, give us a shout.

We’d like to know that you can:

  • Develop compelling concepts and on-brand design solutions—it’s all about meeting the challenge and then bringing something extra to the table.
  • Communicate and present exceptionally—speaking to and defending design choices both to your team and to clients is a must.
  • Guide all phases of creative work from ideation to final builds to maintain Kettle's standard of award winning work—then help us take it to the next level.
  • Assist the Associate Creative Directors in managing and inspiring the creative team as well as being accountable for the creative deliverables.
  • Foster and develop junior members of the team—be a mentor and lead by example.
  • Stay on top of best-of-breed designs and technologies.

The right candidate should also have:

  • A passion for clean and functional design, responsive layouts, usability standards, and web technologies.
  • A portfolio demonstrating both on-brand campaign and UX/UI art direction.
  • 7+ years of professional digital design experience.
  • Online advertising experience. On-set photography and videography art direction preferred.
  • A track record of being an organized, detail oriented, problem solver.
  • A positive spirit and team player attitude.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Keynote.
  • An understanding of modern HTML & CSS, illustration and video/animation.
