Kettle is seeking a Production Designer with a portfolio that demonstrates meticulous creative abilities in digital and web design. Have a passion for perfecting designs and web experiences? Let’s chat.
We'd like to know that you can:
- Create differentiating, on-brand design solutions—it’s all about meeting the challenge and then bringing something extra to the table.
- Design clean, modern, inspiring pixel-perfect interfaces across platforms, showcasing impeccable layout and typography skills—did we mention pixel-perfect?
- Communicate and present exceptionally–speaking to design solutions and describe web interactions clearly to your team and clients.
- Stay on top of best design practices and technologies—seeing opportunities to creativity incorporate industry trends to elevate design and user experience.
- Embraces process and set standards—leveraging developed Design Systems and adapting to client and project needs.
- Maintain Kettle's quality and tone in all deliverables (from designs to final builds)—consistency, consistency, consistency.
- Be both a team member and a proactive individual contributor.
The right candidate should also have:
- A portfolio demonstrating creative work that is organized and detail oriented.
- A positive spirit and team player attitude, always looking to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Mastery in Adobe Photoshop and Sketch.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Keynote.
- Professional digital design experience.
- Web prototyping skills and previous web interactive design skills preferred.
- Previous production experience preferred.
- Candidate must be able to work in West Coast time zone and flexible to put in a few extra hours to get the job done.
