Looking for an Associate Interaction Designer to join us. Must create digital works of art on the regular.

The role

  • Create differentiating, on-brand design solutions—it’s all about meeting the challenge and then bringing something extra to the table.
  • Design clean, modern, inspiring pixel-perfect interfaces across platforms, showcasing impeccable layout and typography skills—did we mention pixel-perfect?
  • Communicate and present exceptionally–speaking to design solutions and describe web interactions clearly to your team and clients.
  • Stay on top of best design practices and technologies—seeing opportunities to creativity incorporate industry trends to elevate design and user experience.
  • Embrace process and set new standards—expand Design Systems and adapting to client and project needs.
  • Eager to learn and collaborate with fellow designers on the team.
  • Maintain Kettle's quality and tone in all deliverables (from designs to final builds)—consistency, consistency, consistency.
  • Be both a team member and a proactive individual contributor.

The right candidate should also have:

  • A portfolio demonstrating creative work that is organized and detail oriented.
  • A positive spirit and team player attitude, always looking to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Mastery in Figma, Sketch
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Keynote.
  • Web prototyping skills and previous web interactive design skills preferred.
  • Experience designing robust GUI Kit for web and native iOS app.
  • Professional digital design experience.
